Denia is famous for its long sandy beaches, the Castillo (medieval castle), the lively city centre and the large harbour, which also offers ferries to Ibiza and Mallorca. Here the Fallas, a festival at the end of winter, are regularly held, where artistic paper figures are displayed to burn at the end of the festival. Situated on the Montgo, an up to 800 m high rock massif with a large nature reserve, you will find many villas and houses around Denia, but also terraced houses and apartment complexes. In the plain there are orange plantations that radiate an enchanting scent at the time of flowering. Since it is an agricultural area, there are also many country houses, as well as smaller urbanisations with houses. Near Denia is a residential complex called "La Sella", which belongs to the small town of Pedreguer, right next to the large golf course, on the "Muntaña La Sella", which also offers a panoramic view of the sea, also built with many villas and houses.

There are several zones offering different styles of houses and villas in and around Denia. Within walking distance of the city centre is La Pedrera, with terraced houses/bungalows, houses and villas. In the area of the port there are several apartment houses, but also near the urbanisation Pou de la Muntanya with very beautiful villas. For panoramic views and sea views, look for houses around the Montgo or La Sella, an urbanisation near a golf course that is already politically part of Pedreguer. Those looking for villas within walking distance of the beaches are well advised to visit Las Rotas with its rocky beaches or Las Marinas with its long white sandy beaches leading to Oliva in the north of Denia. Between Denia and Pedreguer, and Denia and Els Poblets we have a rustic zone, for example La Xara, where also country houses are for sale. Generally said, also here a large selection of real estates, whereby we as real estate agents help you gladly to find your dream object.
